AN Series Fittings – Nickel-Plated Aluminum
Advantages:

- Leak test: 2 × 1,000,000 Pa for 1 hour

Press-fitting process
Gauges 000 through 06: 2-stage crimping. The first stage involves crimping on the conductor, followed by crimping on the insulation.
Gauges 08 and 10: single-stage crimping—simultaneously on the conductor and the insulation.
TG Series Terminals – Nickel-Plated Copper
The terminals and the crimping method are qualified by Airbus.
