Since its foundation in 1955, the quality of products and services provided to customers has been the focus of Sicame Group. Thanks to this approach, the group has ensured its rapid and stable development. The first certification introducing the quality management system took place in 1993 and since then the vast majority of companies in Sicame Group have certified their quality assurance systems in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard. The successful transition from the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system to the ISO 9001:2015 system clearly confirms the desire to increase the satisfaction of Sicame Group’s customers.
