Application:
Joint designed for connecting and repairing a three-core paper-insulated cable of type H(A)Kny, H(A)KnFtA, H(A)KnFty, H(A)KnFpy, H(A)KnFpA with three single-core polyethylene-insulated cables of type YH(A)KX(S), XH(A)KXS, XUH(A)KXS, XRUH(A)KXS, NA2XS(F)2Y with a rated voltage of 8.7/15kV and 12/20kV. 

Construction:
  • Connection of working cores using thick-walled pressed or screwed connectors with a partition
  • Protection of paper cable cores with heat-shrinkable oil-resistant tubes
  • Reconstruction of semiconductive screens using heat shrink tubing
  • Reconstruction of insulation using wound control panels and a shrunk, three-layer heat-shrinkable prefabricate performing the following functions: field control, reconstruction of insulation and semiconducting screen
  • Connection of the return wire to the lead armour by means of springs with constant pressure force
  • Reconstruction of the outer coating using heat shrink tubing

  • The set is a complete set for three wires. The cardboard packaging contains all the necessary elements to make a sleeve connection along with assembly instructions and material specifications
