We are pleased to announce that SICAME Polska received a distinction in the “Best Innovative Product or Electrical Technology” competition at the 9th i-MITEL 2016 scientific and technical conference for its innovative product for reducing stresses in MV (LV) cables of the OMEGA series.

OMEGA cable tension control devices are used to protect poles and crossarms. They are designed to provide additional sag in spans when the tension in LV and MV cables exceeds the permissible value. Increased cable tension can be caused by factors such as ice, frost, wet snow, or trees falling on power lines.

The awards ceremony took place on April 21, 2016, in Łagów.
