INFORMATION CLAUSE
for Contractors of Sicame Polska Sp. o.o.
In accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, i.e. in particular the provisions of regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) – as well as the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, and in the event of its replacement by another act – the act that will replace it, we inform you that:
- The administrator of your personal data is Sicame Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Puławska 366
- We will process the following personal data of yours:
- Identification data (e.g. name, surname)
- Contact details (e.g. email address, telephone number)
- Data concerning your profession or business activity, or your participation in a civil partnership or employment with the contractor Sicame Polska Sp. z o.o. or cooperation with the contractor Sicame Polska Sp. z o.o. (e.g. company name, position)
- Your personal data has been transferred (made available) to us by your employer or the person (company) with whom you cooperate (hereinafter: contractor Sicame Polska Sp. z o.o.) in connection with concluding an agreement with us, including the participation of contractor Sicame Polska Sp. z o.o. in the process of collecting offers or in another mode of concluding agreements or selecting contractors, as well as the performance by contractor Sicame Polska Sp. z o.o. (including as a subcontractor) of an agreement concluded with Sicame Polska Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter jointly referred to as: agreement)
- We will process your personal data for the purpose of:
- Concluding an agreement with Sicame Polska Sp. z o.o., including in connection with your participation in the process of collecting offers or in another mode related to concluding agreements or selecting contractors, as well as performing and monitoring the performance of the agreement you have concluded with Sicame Polska Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter jointly referred to as the agreement) – for the period preceding the conclusion of the agreement and for the period of performance of the agreement [Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the regulation – conclusion and performance of the agreement]
- Archiving to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, in particular tax regulations, accounting regulations – for the period resulting from these regulations [legal basis Art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) of the regulation – performance of the obligation imposed by law]
- Possible determination and pursuit of claims or defense against claims, including the sale of receivables – for the duration of the proceedings and the limitation period for potential claims [legal basis Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the regulation – implementation of the legitimate interest of the administrator in the form of pursuing claims and defense against claims related to the agreement]
- In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- The right to access personal data
- The right to restrict the processing of personal data
- The right to rectify personal data
- The right to have your personal data deleted (also known as the “right to be forgotten”)
- The right to transfer personal data
- The right to object

- If you decide to exercise your rights, we will provide you with a response regarding your request no later than one month from the date we receive your request.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you believe that we are violating the law by processing your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries
- Potential recipients of your personal data are:
- Entities that are authorized to receive your personal data under applicable law
- Entities that conduct postal or courier activities
- Entities conducting payment activities (banks, payment institutions – for the purpose of making mutual settlements (including payments to you)
- Entities that acquire receivables and debt collection entities – in the event of your failure to fulfill your obligations under the agreement
- Entities that operate teleinformatic systems and provide IT services
- Entities that provide us with advisory, consulting, auditing, legal, tax and accounting services
- Subcontractors of Sicame Polska Sp. z o.o., i.e. entities that perform services for us or deliver goods covered by the agreement or agreements with our customers, the performance of which is related to the agreement, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing your personal data
