Station Terminals

Our solutions ensure the reliability and efficiency of energy supplies.

Substation clamps are key components of energy infrastructure that provide mechanical and electrical connections for conductors in transmission and distribution networks, as well as in power substations. Their function is to establish a stable, low-resistance electrical contact that enables the safe and efficient conduction of current, even under high loads.

Our terminal solutions feature an optimal design—based on appropriately selected clamping force and contact surface area. This guarantees the durability of the connection, uniform distribution of forces across the conductor, and reliable operation of the installation under demanding operating conditions.

The solutions are designed to ensure connection stability, minimize heat generation, and meet rigorous international standards applicable to power systems.

Screw-type terminals

  • The screw-based technology enables the repositioning of a clamp or holder without the loss of these components.
  • The clamp bolts and nuts are made of stainless steel with enhanced abrasion resistance.
  • The nuts operate exclusively along the clamping axis—this ensures optimal force transmission.
  • There is no need to drill through the pipe.
  • You can mount the clamp quickly and easily—even with just one hand.
  • Rotate it 180°—this provides a quick switch between pass-through and end-stop functions.

Our substation solutions encompass clamps for both AC substations up to 800 kV and DC substations. These clamps are designed for all voltage levels up to 800 kV; bronze products are also available for voltages up to 400 kV.
