We are pleased to announce that in January 2017, SICAME Polska signed a significant agreement with ENERGA Operator Logistyka for the supply of equipment for the construction of ENERGA Operator’s LV and MV power lines, including single- and double-sided insulation-piercing clamps, through- and tensioning clamps, steel elements (tapes, clamps), etc.
This means that the above equipment is officially approved for use in the construction and modernization of ENERGA Operator Group power grids and fully complies with the requirements of harmonized ENERGA Operator S.A. standards, including:

– Technical Specifications, Appendix No. 7, “Accessories for MV and LV Overhead Power Lines,”

We are particularly proud of this due to the fact that ENERGA Operator is the third power line operator in Poland (after the TAURON and PGE Groups) to trust the SICAME Group products.

It’s worth emphasizing that SICAME products for the construction of MV lines are fully compliant with the latest European standard, PN-EN 50397-2. This has been confirmed by tests performed by an accredited laboratory, where a 20 kV cable with a double insulating sheath and a semi-conducting screen – the EKOPAS type, which is also commonly used in the construction of MV lines at ENERGA Operator – was used for these tests.
