Quality management system

In terms of quality management, Sicame Polska has adopted the ISO 9001:2000 standard as a model for the company’s operation since its inception. We have been using the ISO 9001 quality assurance system procedures since 2004. In 2010, we updated the system to ISO 9001:2008. After the introduction of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, individual companies in the group have been systematically updating their systems.

Quality according to ISO standards is the fulfillment of the customer’s requirements and expectations. With a properly functioning quality management system since 2004, we provide our customers with both a high level of services and products that meet the highest quality criteria.

Mission Sicame Poland

The mission of Sicame Polska in the area of quality is to represent the interests of Sicame Group on the Polish market by:
  • Offering the widest possible portfolio of Sicame Group products, in particular equipment for power networks (LV, MV and HV) and telecommunications
  • Maintaining high customer perception of the quality of Sicame products
  • Analyzing the needs of the local market in terms of types and quality expectations of products, proposing appropriate solutions of Sicame Group in this regard and managing their introduction on the Polish market
  • Providing customers with access to training and technical knowledge regarding the offered solutions
Through our policy, we want to achieve a strong position in the sale of solutions offered by Sicame Group, high sales growth dynamics, positive perception of Sicame Polska and satisfaction of interested parties, hence these are the main and most important measures of our operational effectiveness.
